How do you bounce back better now?
I didn’t feel ready to hear that my Mum was going to die. Quite frankly at the time, I felt I wasn’t ready for the news, but looking back on it now I don’t think that anyone is ever ready for it.
Try a different approach to bad news. Celebrate it and laugh at it.
